Our mission is to provide kosher certification for restaurants and food establishments. Based out of the Jersey Shore, the JSOR has been true to this mission for over 30 years and has grown to over 60 establishments.

Our Rabbinical leadership team bring years of experience to bear on this most important matter, food. We’re results driven, with a proven record of previous successes, we are striving to not only allow people who adhere to our ancient traditions surrounding food to eat with confidence at our establishments but to also give a valuable resource of knowledge about what kosher is, how to keep it, and why it is important in the modern food establishment setting and of course at home.
